Over the last couple of months, the Covid-19 pandemic had dramatically changed our lives in a way that could not have been predicted.

As we all work on getting back to work and some business operations resume we want to ensure that this is done in a way that focuses on the safety and wellbeing of both our customers and staff.

To ensure that we are Covid-secure and we are complying with the governments guidelines our team have carried out a series of risk assessments, to seek out any possible risk areas in our operations. Providing PPE to staff and customers, social distancing and regular cleaning measures are in place to help us all stay safe.

Enquires and design consultations

During the early stages of a home improvements project, it’s very simple for our team to keep in touch with you if you cannot get to our showrooms or are shielding. We can get stay in touch via telephone, email and video call, but customers can still visit our showroom if they wish to via appointment only. This will need to be booked and we will only allow two families at a time into the showroom to ensure social distancing is maintained. PPE will also be available to customers if they wish to use it.

Design measurements

During the design process, we may need to send out a member of our team to take measurements from your home. Some measurements can be taken without the need to enter your home but for other projects, a member of our team will need your permission to take measurements from inside the home. Our team will never enter your home without your permission or unless you feel comfortable.


Working at your home

Every member of our team has undergone our health and safety training to ensure they can work within customers homes and maintain the highest standards of health and safety.

Our team will sanitise before entering you home, and keep to the social distancing measures when within your home at all times. Once the project is complete they will sanitise the whole project area to minimise any other risks. If at any point you are unsure of anything please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Lastly, we would like to reassure all of our customers that although this is a difficult climate for all business, our order book is strong and we will overcome these difficult times.
